This delicious blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Welschrielsing saw 12 days skin contact with barrel fermentation, followed by 12 months ageing on the lees before being bottled.
I had the pleasure of meeting @malinga._.wines at the @realwinefair and he was kind enough to showcase all of his venture vintages. This one definitely stood out for me as a wine with a generous texture and mouth feel, whilst retaining that aromatic freshness of lemon rind, wild Elderflower and grapefruit zest. The palate is medium bodied, acidity is high, but well integrated and refreshing.
